My Qualifications
Your personal compliance record — the tickets and licences you've uploaded, the training and inductions you've completed or still need to do, your certificates, and any vehicle handover paperwork you've signed.
Who can use it — Anyone with at least one of: "manage my competencies", "complete assigned training", "view training records", "view project inductions", or "view company policies" permission. Most workers have this by default. What you can see depends on which of these you hold — e.g. without "manage my competencies" the Competencies tab won't let you upload. See Roles & Permissions for how access is set.
Where to find it — My Workspace → My Qualifications in the sidebar.
How to use it
The page opens on five tabs: Competencies, Active Training, Inductions, Training Certificates, and Vehicle Policies. A row of stat tiles above the tabs — Training modules, Inductions completed, Competencies, Expiring ≤30 days, and Outstanding — summarises your record at a glance; clicking a tile jumps straight to the relevant tab.
Competencies
Your uploaded tickets, licences, and cards, shown as a grid of cards (photo, expiry, status).
- Upload one with New Upload — add photos of the card or certificate first, then choose What is this card for? (you can tick more than one competency type if a single card covers several tickets), set the Expiry date (a Def shortcut fills in the type's default validity from the issued date), and optionally fill in Card number, reference/registration, issuing authority, issued date, and notes under Additional details.
- Every upload goes in as Pending Approval — it doesn't count as valid until a manager approves it in Competencies.
- Each card shows an expiry pill (valid, expiring soon, expired, or missing) and a status pill for anything needing attention (Pending Approval, Rejected). A rejected card shows the manager's reason on the card.
- Click a card for Details — full card info and every attachment, full-size.
- Edit is available until the card is approved; editing (or uploading a second card that shares the same evidence) resets it back to Pending Approval for re-review. Approved cards can't be edited or deleted directly — see your manager if something needs correcting.
- If you work across more than one workspace, Request Transfer asks a manager in the other workspace to review the card for use there.
- Filter the grid by Type, Status, or Expiring within 90 days.
Active Training and Inductions
- Active Training lists every published training module and company induction in the workspace, with your completion status against the current version — modules get re-versioned, so a stale "Completed" from an older version shows as Not completed again. Start / Resume (or Review, once done) launches the module player.
- Inductions lists project inductions — the projects you're allocated to (or allocated within the next two weeks), plus any you've already completed. For an Internal induction, Take Induction launches the module in-app. For an External induction (done off-platform, e.g. a client's own induction session), use Mark Complete to record the date, an optional expiry, optional proof (photo or PDF), and notes yourself. View shows what was recorded, including any uploaded proof.
- Module completion itself — blocks, quizzes, progression rules, signatures — happens in the training player once you launch it; see Training Modules. Modules land on this page because they were assigned to you or your workspace; see Training Assignments for how that assignment is set up on the management side.
Training Certificates
Every certificate you've earned from a completed module, with its issue date and expiry (colour-flagged when it's due to lapse within 30 days or already expired). Download PDF gets you the certificate document itself. If a certificate is expiring within 30 days, a Recertify action appears — it launches you straight back into that module to redo it.
Vehicle Policies
Vehicle handover/return acknowledgements — created when an asset is handed over to you, tracked here through to return. Each row shows the Asset, the Policy document and version, and the handover/return timestamps with a status (Pending, Active, Return Requested, Closed).
- Sign Handover — when a handover is requested, sign it here: enter the odometer reading and rego, add notes if needed, sign on the pad, and upload handover photos.
- Sign Return — once you're handing the vehicle back, record the return odometer (it can't be lower than the handover reading), rego, notes, signature, and return photos.
Download Compliance Pack
The Download Compliance Pack button (top of the page) builds a single PDF containing: a cover summary, every approved and current training certificate, proof documents for your completed (and still current) project inductions, and the attachments behind your approved and current competencies. Useful for handing your full compliance record to a client or auditor in one file.

Tips & common mistakes
- Uploaded a card and it still shows as missing/expiring? A fresh upload starts as Pending Approval — it isn't counted as current compliance until a manager approves it.
- Can't edit a card? Approved cards are locked from self-edit; ask your manager to make the correction instead.
- "Completed" training reverted to "Not completed"? The module was re-published as a new version — your old completion no longer counts against the current one, so it needs to be redone.
- External induction with no proof? Proof is optional on Mark Complete, but attaching it (a photo or PDF) makes the record much stronger if it's ever questioned.
- Return odometer rejected? It must be equal to or greater than the handover odometer you recorded.
